Owners Sandra & Danny Jimminson were trained at the Savoy Hotel in London and after gaining further experience working in Switzerland, France and other high profile London restaurants, decided to settle close to where Danny grew up on the border of Nottinghamshire & Leicestershire.
We pride ourselves in sourcing some of the finest local ingredients. Everything is made in house and We bake a selection of breads daily.
We have just been awarded 2 rosettes by the AA, and in November we were awarded best hospitality business in Loughborough, in the Pride of Loughborough awards.
