New Starter: Smoked Eel and Beetroot Puree

We have recently added a new starter to the menu using smoked eel, beetroot puree, pickle and an incredible beetroot meringue, some horseradish creme fraiche and Granny Smith apple.

Iif you like smoked fish, this delicacy is one you will love and is a very fashionable ingredient at the moment.
