Michelin Inspection

Last week we had another visit from the inspectors at the Michelin Guide, I had a good long chat after he had eaten, where we discussed my plans for the coming year. Michelin are notoriously cagey when it comes to discussing your listing, but I was happy with all the elements of his visit, needless to say I was very happy when I saw what he had tweeted about us.
