John’s Wine Showcase Menu

Join us for a special evening, organised by our Restaurant Manager & Sommelier John, formerly of World Service in Nottingham.

John has selected some exceptional wines rarely seen elsewhere, including a white aged in bottle under the sea, and he has guided the chefs with the key ingredients needed for each course to make a perfect match with the wines.

Allowing the wines to lead the menu, has challenged our brigade and the resulting menu below is not to be missed, with some special ingredients on show.
