Recipe: Lemon Grass Lobster

Try our delicious Lemon Grass Lobster recipe – serves 6.


  • 3 lobsters
  • 3 sticks lemongrass
  • 1 tsp Thai red curry paste
  • 1 tin coconut milk
  • 1 bunch coriander
  • 5 kafir lime leaves
  • 1 knob ginger
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • Lime juice
  • A pinch Palm sugar
  • Fish sauce
  • 100g jasmine rice


Crack open the lobsters and remove the flesh, crush the shells and roast with the garlic, ginger and Thai curry paste, add the coconut milk, kafir lime leaf & palm sugar and cook for 15 minutes.

Pass the liquid through a sieve and finish with fish sauce and lime juice to taste. Serve on cooked rice with the lobster just reheated in the stock, finish with chopped coriander.
