Cookery Demonstration's for 2012
£40 per person
Throughout 2012 we will be running our cookery demonstrations on the first Sunday of each month (with the exception of January, which will be the second Sunday)
Below is a list of the prime ingredients we will be using, I will be using local, seasonal produce wherever possible.
Demonstrations start at 6pm, I will try and do everything within 1½ to 2 hours, this will then be followed by a three course dinner, using the techniques and ingredients I have just demonstrated.
Each guest will also receive a copy of all the recipes we have used, in a presentation folder.
